It's the middle of winter, so fresh air also tends to be freezing cold. I suspect this is what the "moaning c**ts" are objecting to.

Windows don't open, recycled air and germ fest. Sickness levels worsened by random blasts of cold air on the head & neck thanks to inadequate air con. People wear scarves at wotk in the summer. 😬

In the US you have to wrap up to go to work or go to a restaurant. The A/C is always way too high
